Dear Unit Owners:
The Dartmouth Group sends out the “Unit Owner Insurance Letter”, from HUB International, encouraging unit owners to bring this letter to their insurance agent to ensure that there is proper coverage in their HO6 policies.
It can’t be stressed enough how important it is that all the unit owner policies have adequate limits. HUB International has seen numerous instances where there was no coverage for extended temporary housing while the units were being repaired or gaps between the master policy deductible(s) and the HO6 coverage.
I am sharing the attached document with all unit owners as it will give you a starting point to evaluate your current HO6 coverage.
